No that isn't, but I actually quite like the expression "commonology" and I feel like borrowing it; it could be interpreted lots of different ways beyond its common law etymology - common sense? codology?

To emphasize, I don't see any particular problem with them retrieving reported or unreported decisions of the Irish courts for €120. The reason this is harmless is exactly because these guys are getting up to so much genuine nonsense that has nothing to do with the Irish legal system, so I wish they would engage more often.
Everything I've read from these guys so far shows they cannot string a lucid sentence together. What on earth makes you think they can or will do proper research?

No, it is no problem to buy a share in a PLC. It may be very different if they based on that refuse to pay any particular tax.

I am convinced that many people stupid enough to avail of their services will be burned, but this is one of those rare occasions where I will defer to the invisible hand of the free market and say 'so be it'. Habent sua fata libelli, which might be the motto of their 'commonology'.

Obvious question maybe, but wouldn't revenue be interested in that paypal account?

in theory, yes, but in practice... they might be too busy with other stuff to care... sadly...

Yes of course any researcher can charge for their work, I would just prefer to know the relevant qualifications of the researcher.

But from the same site, "SCOOL OF COMMONOLOGY - BEGINNERS
    The Common LAW Society
    School of Commonology
    One Day School : Covering
Fundamentals of Escaping the Debt Trap | Dealing With Loans, Credit Cards and Unsecured Debt | How to Handle Banks, Debt Collectors, Nasty Calls, The Post, House Callers | Letter Writing | Legal Jargon | Various Laws and Acts | Fundamentals in Court Processes | Responding to Solicitors | Civil Bills / Summonses |"

    https://beginsept.eventbrite.com/

I would think a €120 for anything they provide may be a little bit of a waste.

I have never heard of a SCOOL OF COMMONOLOGY" as a legal area of study.

    A description from a previous "school" :/

Just so you know, those screenshot images are very hard to read on a mobile. It would be a lot easier if you could copy and paste the text into quote tags or something.

Here's a Freeman encouraging people to rack up credit card debt, and then refuse to pay it using Freeman tricks.

I found this site because Des from the The Common Law Society posts there frequently.

Note: when Des isn't making up nonsense and selling it to marks, he's learning how to SHRED:

If I paid someone to tell me that I should take out massive debt and then I could legally not pay it back, and then I ended up in court... well... I would hope the Garda would give a ****.

    I will where possible :)

I always screenshot these sites (as they tend to be taken down when these idiots finally cop on that people are scrutinising them) and it's usually just easier to paste like this, but I can post the text when possible...

From Des, re: the "School of Commonology":
FINALLY: ALL of the People that have attended the School of Commonology
have a 100% success rate in legally dealing with Unsecure & Secure "alleged"
    Debt issues.
There is a way to deal with all these matters, it is just a matter
of having the right tools, and gaining confidence and knowledge. The School of
Commonology is set up and designed to facilitate you to achieve this.

    http://inquiringminds.cc/case-study-required-des-on-monday-30th-september-we-will-facilitate-the-final-school-of-commonology-for-beginners-for-this-year

I'd think that the scam is becoming more and more apparent.

Expect some nonsense to occur with this High Court appeal. Nothing on the High Court Search, but there's a **** ton of actions being taken by lay litigants against Start Mortgages just in 2013 alone.

People often forget that fraud is not just about making a gain for yourself, but can also be for causing a loss to another. I'd love to see what would happen if a freeman was charged with fraud for causing a loss to a bank. No doubt he would insist on the bank not having "lost" anything.

A Canadian Freeman has pushed his landlady down the stairs (breaking her pelvis), declared a flat an "embassy" and declared a lien on it.

Much like the Notorious B.E.N. he's trademarked his name but he has more ambition and is looking for $1m CDN for each unauthorised use. One could say that our homegrown loons lack ambition if this chap can charge 3 times as much.

Although in his defence at least he includes rental properties and not just subprime negative equity purchases.

On a serious note though, I feel he lacks ambition. If he's going to declare his flat as a different territory, why stop at embassy? Why not declare his own nation?

Andreas Pirelli talked with police at his door on Thursday night. Pirelli, who is a “freeman on the land,” has declared his rented Parkdale duplex an embassy.

I wonder is he trying to hand them a "schedule of charges" there!

    From the article:
There are an estimated 30,000 self-declared Freemen in Canada,

This is the threat. These "easy answers" that you can buy from conmen are dangerous.

    And from this article:
The FBI considers the movement a U.S. domestic terror threat. Although notorious Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh counted himself among the anti-government group, Freeman supporters insist violence is not part of the movement.

It's not a long distance to go, from "the police have no authority and are puppets of a corrupt cabal of Jews/Banks/Corporarions" to "it's morally justified to kill policemen and judges.

When you tell a mob that all debt is a lie and that the Guards are working with banks to steal homes from families, well... How long until something reall terrible happens, like it has repeatedly in the US. Repeatedly.

It's fun to laugh at these nuts, but as they get more popular the threat they pose grows and becomes legitimately dangerous.
