Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Lidl almond icecream

I like Lidl icecream mostly and I love almonds, but I bought their almond icecream Crema di Almonds and it is disgusting. Far too much almond flavouring, tastes like chemicals. Did I get a dud batch? Has anyone else tried it?

Im not gone on their Ice cream either, maybe it’s because I try to compare it with Ben & Jerry and Haagen Daz but for the price they charge I would let them off with it. I don’t have a problem with most of their food apart from their own brand tea & instant coffee which I find quite detestable.
