Just to update; Finally got a refund via cheque as promised from GlossyBox.co.uk

Took a while to get sorted - it was the Harrods March Box which I never received - june now!

However, glad to get the refund at last. Last time I'll be using Glossybox however. Delighted to have signed up to She Said Beauty - customer service seems miles ahead there. Really looking forward to receiving this months box from them

I don't want to drag the thread too much off topic but it's waxing and then they sort out any strays with a tweezer! They also put their product on afterwards for me (powder and wax) to define them more. Think it was €15 last time They're really good at what they do!
