Clamped in the wrong. Compensation??

I park in a car park monitored by NCPS. I paid for three weeks parking on 3 Feb, expiring 24 Feb. Returned to my car today and it was clamped. A phone call to NCPS sorted it out but I was delayed 30 mins while waiting for the NCPS guy to show up to take the clamp off car. Can I claim compensation for my time and if so how much. My own thinking is that the fee for illegal parking is €120 which I think should be the amount NCPS should pay out for getting it wrong. What are your thoughts??

Count yourself lucky they didn't demand you pay the fine then appeal it.

He was illegally immobilised, with a valid ticket.

I'd definitely explore your options, about time these companies got a taste of their own medicine
