Scam phone numbers

Being getting missed calls to my 087 from the following numbers over last few days 0035370712269 and 137090301423. One is lithuanian. Have been caught once in past from similar scam from some other numbers. Beware!!!!! Anyone know can I bar all calls to my mobile from outside ROI.

I keep getting calls from 015665815 at strange times of the day.

It's only happened lately.

Have looked up the number to no avail.

Does anyone recognise this number? It called my phone, and hung up. Might be one of these scams.
According to directory it is a Papua New Guinea number. Anyway, boardsies, beware!
