Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Account balance is a minus

    So last night i had a lucky night and was on a hot streak. I withdrew the money from my betting account. I went into my account this morning to see my account was -238 euro. after going into my betting history i saw that one of my winners was changed to a loss.

    What do I do here ?

    Re-open with new name/payment details. Nothing else can be done other than clearing the debt.

    You will always have the same dob and that's where they will nearly always catch you out.
    Wasn't your fault, some may write it off, depends on the bookie.
