I have started 2500sq fee,t fairly typical 2 storey house for myself.I am going with standard block construction wide cavity 250 mm pumped bead .

Floor details from the top down 75mm pumped screed on top of 2x 75 mm sheets of poly insulation on top of 125mm sub floor.
My ber man says to extend the cavity 450 mm below FFL.I am going to build two row of quinnlite on the inner leaf below floor level.
    The foundations are standard strip.
Should I use quinnlites in the internal walls at floor level.
I have three professionals hired, engineer ber, and qs.

    Any replies/advice greatly appreciated
