Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I did. After weeks of back breaking labour, the day is finally here.... All the people in t'world have nice new sneakers now.

    ...and I have a nice 10 and a half yen in me bank account.

    There's a bunch of geniuses on Boards who regularly pontificate about people being on the dole. No matter how many times it's explained to them that most people don't want to be on the dole but there's a recession and they can't find jobs and thus can't live on fresh air, it's ignored. It's not as if this needs to be explained to them anyway - nobody's that stupid - so they're obviously just on a wind-up. Best not to entertain them.

    I got paid today :) and next time will be Jan 28th :(.
    I know it's nice to get paid early for xmas but a 6 week gap til the next one is a killer.
