I'm trying to muster up the strength to dry my hair (there's a LOT of it) and tidy my wardrobe.
I work so much that on my rare days off it's physically really hard to be motivated to do anything.
I WILL get my wardrobe tidied though, dammit- my 'throw out all old underwear and socks' plan earlier worked well and was very cleansing. (I actually ended up with a full black sack of old bras/knickers/socks!) :o
Love when I eventually get this job done. It is very 'mind cleansing' to know that all your presses, drawers, shelves etc have been tidied and all rubbish eliminated. I just don't know though how it all falls to pieces so quickly afterwards.

Sad to see the ladies go, hope they'll be back soon :(
Congrats on the job Seomra! Super happy dance!

I have had an incredible day. Made it to all of my three lectures, really enjoyed the two economics ones, and figured out I'm actually quite good at them in class - I was able to answer loads! My lecturer called me and four others up at the end of class and I started panicking about whether it was about skipping lectures/tutorials, but no, she wanted to tell us that our work was fantastic, standard of work in our last assignment was to be kept up as it was exceptional and our grade should reflect that, if we keep it up we'll definitely get firsts... Feeling majorly chuffed - them giving me that grade wasn't a fluke!
Then I got a phonecall from Oxfam Bookshop, I'd entered a draw the other day when I bought books in there, and I've won a hamper of books, cds and dvds :) Gonna get it tomorrow on my lunchbreak :)
Also handed up 2700 words of my FYP (its meant to be 2500-3000 max), which doesnt include the conclusion and most of which was written today, and my supervisor liked my makeshift title!

Got Lennoxes chips on the way home, I have wine in the fridge, Ben and Jerrys in the freezer and my housemate brought me home a maltesers bunny :) Happy out.

I'm allowed, cos baby is making me do it. Yup. All baby's fault, especially the icecream. Calcium for baby, see. And I'm also putting mango and strawberry on it which makes it postively healthy. :p

My mother just came into my room holding a bra aloft.

"I found this in the big sack of old knickers and bras you're throwing out, sure this is practically new."

My mother has obviously been in the kitchen meticulously going through the big bag all my old underwear.
Now I want to die. :(

Heh, that's what I'll say to boyfriend after dinner, "Can we get icecream? I'm allowed to have some because the baby wants it" :pac:

Yep full pic will be up over the weekend, I just like to do the little pics to get people interested :) It's for my mom's friend's daughter, her mum asked for it, my mother was shocked! She showed it to everyone that called to the house today, uncle, aunt, her male ex boss, just to shock them :)

Small people and technology - Made to make techno phobes like me feel mega inadequate!

I had a MAJOR blow out today. Serious lack of will power. Waiting now 'till after Pancake Tuesday then cupboards will be swept bare of all things tempting. Well, thats the plan.

    Haha!

I lived in a digs with two girls from my course for a week. Then I moved out to a different house and forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. I went back to collect it and they joked that they used it to clean the toilet. Needless to say, that toothbrush went straight into the bin. It was probably fine...but still. *shudder*
It was only a week old too!
