Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Not sure whether to hold onto him or not though...

    The market is **** at the moment. He's going to get you big money if you do decide to sell him, but I'd wait for the market to pick up or he could be another one of Dave's super cheap opportunity buys.

    Not that i'm 100% selling him, but it'd prob have to be a fairly decent amount tbf.. He's picked up 5 tries in S10, inc cup, and is a bit of a battering ram. I just generally don't use that kind of tactic... so he's 'underperforming' due to the lack of carries etc.


    Back to the question... It'd prob be close to Season end before i sell him, He turns 18 in round 13 i think, so has a decent bit to go at super gainer

    That copy and paste didn't go to plan, but this guy is great, my 3rd string jumper. Meant to sell him for 30,000 but pressed 3,000 by accident, only found out when some douchebag put on a 3,000 bid. I'd rather someone here got him for cheap than some jerk.

    Yea, i'm just tying to get a feel of prices really.. I had a guy from the Spanish national team send me a starting price of 1,000,000 in a message asking me to sell him.. but pat of me wants to keep him as well.

    Satory, funnily enough i'm yet to actually play him at LTNT with favorable tactics this season. He's been pretty quite, but i'm planning on swapping that up soon. relocating a few players and going more backs focused.

    But in saying that, Nebraska Irish and King Arthurs XV and both potentially going to go bot this season/next season, so he'll be nice and rested for the playoffs if i keep him / make it to the play offs.

    The key is giving players a silly nickname...

    I have a player I got when team was generated as a div v team, Fast but crap everything else, CSR 23k, age 31 - called him "try machine" [and to be fair, he was in Div 4 and 5!] and sold him for 190k :)

    I love the madness this time of the season :)

    200k starting for a 37k player at 23? I didn't know that's what people were going for these days, that's mad, must look at selling off a few lads, my 2nds are nearly as good as my firsts now.

    putting Keith Cotter up for sale. 17y/o 21k CSR, 195cm 117kg.

    Think he would make a good back row with some training (already high Jumping, defense) but no slots to train him.

    Also hoping the sale closing on Saturday afternoon will cause a bit of a rush for him. God knows I need some money.

    I've considered this, but since I was made feel guilty when I cleansed my squad of everyone under 28, I guess I should keep the two old dogs I have, though that may change if the new bucks keep improving at the current pace.
