    Hi all just wondering if any recommendations for a complete book on pike fishing. To cover all aspects of lakes/rivers, seasonal factors, tactics etc etc. Specific to ireland would be great. All reponses would be appreciated.

    Pike Fishing: The Practice and the Passion by Mick brown

    Love this book everything you need to know about pike and he lays it out month by month. One of the uk's leading predator fisherman for years and talks about Ireland too mostly the western lakes.

    How to Catch Bigger Pike by Paul Gustafson is well worth a look as well.

    Some great stuff about lake fishing in it as well as lots of tips on bait presentation etc
