I dont think there is a soap actor on any other show currently who is as good as Emmett J. Scanlan, he is superb as Brendan Brady

I clad that Hollyoaks gets away with it but any other soap did that, there be, Off com would go crazy!

It was very good.

Ya I'd imagined she would have been when with Patrick but then again thought she might have been different when she was with dirk as well. Why did she abandon her kids then with two different dads? What happened with her and Patrick? Why did she leave dirk then? Probably be explained soon enough.

Seeing as Hollyoaks was snubbed at the NTA's I really hope these fantastic actors get the nod they deserve. Emmett is a stunning actor and even though he played the archetypal villain the viewer could still feel pity for him. Bronagh's character never had an easy time but Cheryl always tried to keep the good side out. It will be a long time til Hollyoaks has characters like that again.
