I turned on my ps4 today and it came up no signal and then it says mode not supported. I tried swapping hdmi cables but it's the same. I can watch TV no problem even through the hdmi socket I'd normally use for ps4. Ps4 turns on as normal just no picture.

Was working perfectly earlier in the day, ive also tried using another HD TV and it's still showing "mode not supported"

Any chance you can do a firmware update on your telly?

I'll look into it, it's just strange it worked this morning then a couple of hours later it doesn't.

I did a reset on it and it'll only play at 480p no higher. If I try put it up it just goes grey

Sounds like the problem is with your ps4.
