    Hello there,
I'm looking to construct a new PC rig and would like help as far as parts go. :)

    1. What is your budget? 2000 - 4000 euros

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer?
Will be used for 4K gaming and video editing from recording gameplay and tutorials and graphic design with programs from Photoshop to Cinema 4D

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes,

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

    5. Do you need a monitor?
I have one but I'd rather have a new 4k one around 23 to 28 inches?

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card/Card Reader/Speakers/etc.]
I think I'm just gonna go with some corsair stuff but a decent set of speakers would be nice

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Yes,

    8. How can you pay? Bank Transfer or Visa Debit

    9. When are you purchasing? At the end of Summer hopefully

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? Clare

I've been thinking about watercooling and over clocking but still undecided :)

    Thanks for your help.

If you won't be building until the end of summer, it would be best to get a build spec'd around July. Parts change all the time. For your build there will almost certainly be new top-end graphics cards from both AMD and NVidia between now and July. Also quite a rapid pace of change in monitors recently in terms of 4K, g-sync and free-sync. So best to pop this back up when you're about a month from pulling the trigger on buying.

If you're just curious what class of rig you'll get for that money, rest assured your budget will get you some top-end gear.
