Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Sea fish can't be eaten??

    Hi All,

    I'll ask this question in reverse, what sea fish caught of the southeast coast of Ireland can't be eaten for whatever reason.
    I'm off boat fishing in Dunmore in the morning, just wondering what's in and what's out.

    I bet you are happy you are going out today and not yesterday! I was down at the flat rocks and the swell was at least 3/4ft!

    Whatever you catch, I bet you'll be taking home mackeral at least.

    I think most fish can be eaten, I suppose its down to choice if you want to eat them. I've heard of some people eat wrasse, even though they are supposed to be very boney.
