Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Youtube username problem

    well lads,When I created my youtube account it didnt ask me to pick a username.it just asked me for my 1st and last name and put it as my channel name. Its really annoying cos I dont like my channel being called by my name, can anyone help me change it?

    I don't think you can. You used to have to fool it by putting in your makey up name (or company name) in the first/last name.

    I suspect that they are moving towards a real name environment i.e no nicknames.
