I'd like gears, I'll be putting a pannier bad on it too.
Just wondered is that decent budget, will second hand bikes be beaten up, are there alot of rubbish second hand bikes out there, like are people getting rid of them because the bike is not a good one or just because they don't use it anymore etc.
What should I look out for?
Should I buy from a shop rather then someone on the net, is there a check list to look for in the adds and when I actually see the bikes?
Any advice would be great.
