Sat Nav questions - BECKER

Hi I have 2 Sat Navs - a Becker Traffic Assist Pro and a Becker Traffic Assist Highspeed I just want to know how to upgrade the maps in them. They're quite out of date now with lots of newer roads not recognised. I've checked Google but I'm more confused now than before. Any advice welcome. Thank you
