    You'd give it away for free or swap it for something else. Worth €10-20

    I'd buy a brand new machine of that spec with XP and a DVDRW and a 1yr warranty for around 450-500 new off the Dell outlet. Mind you it wouldn't be a Toshiba but that gives you some idea.

    forgot about the fact their if windows xp professional,office,and a cd-rw

    Abit UL8 Motherboard http://www.abit-usa.com/products/mb/products.php?categories=1&model=290

    Antec P160 Miditower, Silver, Side window + PSU and extra antec 120mm case fan
    AMD Athlon 64 3700+ 2.2GHz Socket 939, 1MB
    Corsair Value S. PC3200 DDR-DIMM 2048MB

    Try matching your spec on the Dell Outlet that will give you some idea of what a machine is worth.

    hmmm... €600? I'd sell that thing FAST, a lot of that H/W is being reduced in price nearly daily. By todays standard it would probably be considered a good workhorse but by gaming standards its low end. Try selling it on adverts.ie.

    Both worth about 230, give maybe an extra 50 for the P4 actually. Of course as always, what they're worth and what you can get are totally different.

    500? I don't think so. A 2.66Ghz Celeron with 512mb ram is worth 300 at best. 500 would get you a much better machine new from dell.

    Your pc, the Sempron 3000, isn't much better, the lcd would bring up the value but the machine itself would only be worth 250-280.

    Hi,

    If the PC is worth €300, then would it be fair to say the whole package, incl the LCD, printer, UPS is worth €650?

    I got the ups for about €100 (incl VAT) through work. It is excellent, it has software and you can tell you how long you have left on its battery power, etc. It also shuts down the PC properly in a powercut, if you are not there to do it yourself.

    Say, PC = €300
    LCD = €200
    Printer = €60
    UPS = €70
    Total €630?

    You would be lucky to get 200 for that lcd, probably closer to 150. Your problem is going to be selling that lot in one go, no one is going to shell out 600+ for that, just to random.

    EDIT: Update - I just sold the lot, but included a few extra bits, like a webcam & a 512Mb Memory Key, for €650, including installation.
