Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

missing jsb collection day

    i have a funeral to attend on wednesday my usual collection day for JSB, what is the norm for this, do i need to inform the local welfare office or post office

    No it stays in the post office for three days so you can collect it Thursday or Friday with no questions asked. I do it all the time
