Due to demand?! If there wasn't demand, when were they going to announce running order?
    Weather from www.met.ie
FRIDAY: Breezy, with any rain giving way to sunny spells and scattered showers. Max. 14 to 17 Celsius, in a fresh west to northwest wind.
NEXT WEEKEND : Early indications are for a good deal of bright weather, but with scattered showers. Temperatures around normal, or a little below.

Hope that's right. I'll be keeping an eye on this 5 day forecast and the rain legend over Westmeath: http://www.met.ie/forecasts/5day-ireland.asp

Does anyone know how to go about booking the boundless bathing hot tubs/restaurant in the woods? I've been looking through the b&s website and can't find a link. Thanks!

I assume they're not going to be showing the football anywhere at the festival, are they?

I saw that they would, but I dunno if that was if Ireland were to win the euros or not :L

Ohh really? Can you remember where you saw that? Would be great if they did. Would clash with the headliners, but there's only one of those I'm really keen to see.

Facebook or something. Just send them a message and see sure, they always reply.

    Hi
Is anyone taking the bus down? Checked out Bus Eireann website & only start at 11a.m. is that right. When I went to EP the last few yrs buses went from when people arrived & from 9a.m. people appeared so they put them on from then. Do you think b & S would to in that case?

I had a look at the Body and Soul site (http://bodyandsoul.ie/gettingthere ) and under bus it says :

    TIMETABLE

DEPART CUSTOM HOUSE QUAY to Ballinlough
    Friday 22nd June: 5pm & 6pm
    Saturday 23rd June: 9.30am, 11.30am & 1pm
    Sunday 24th June: 10.30am, 12pm & 1pm

DEPART BALLINLOUGH CASTLE to Dublin City
    Sunday 24th June: 10.30pm, 12am, 1.30am & 2.30am
    Monday 25th June: 9am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm & 1.30pm

You might want to double check that with Bus Eireann though just in case..

the bus is 28 euro return!

I bet you'd get a taxi driver with an 8 seater to run you up for 80 quid (tenner a head!). it's less than an hour

Weather looks reasonably alright for next weekend. bring raingear for showers, but I think it'll be grand :D

I can't wait for this now!

I will be looking for a mask tomorrow to put over my everyday one. Is there somewhere in Dublin that has decent ones, does anyone know? I need a good back cape as well. That should be easy to find I suppose.

The weather will be good enough I reckon

Where does it say 0.5mm of rain? The light blue is 0.5 PER HOUR. At times it's closer to green than blue. What bugs me is that it's just covering the country, so at the moment it's not looking like showers :(

Another one I looked at has it raining from about 5/6-8/9 on Saturday. It's not worth looking at the forecast til Friday though in reality.

Just checked the running order. So far no major clashes for me, but Spiritualized deserve more than an hour.the villagers will be playing the exact same set as from two years ago pretty much and I understand them having an hour, but come on. Cop Shoot Cop alone is nearly 20 minutes and I demand it be played!

I see the times finish at 3am, is there stuff going on later than that on smaller stages?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,430 ✭✭✭RINO87

hopefully things run late. I recall it being bright out when we emerged from alle farbens set last year. what a cracker that was!! Everyone dancing their socks off and just saying "WHO IS THIS GUY??!!" oh it was epic!

Camping for the weekend at this festival and might be bringing the two kids weather permitting, have family tickets, but was just wondering if anyone who went last year could tell me what food was on offer and if it was very expensive?

Have the gear for cooking but space is limited so I'm hoping the food on offer wont be very pricey.

And just another question for anyone who went last year with kids, what was your experience, my daughters are aged 5 and 2.
