Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I've played 3 away competitions so far this year and unfortunately didn't play to well and had the .1s back for the competitions but just checked my Golfnet today and 2 of the .1s have been taken back and no record is now up that I even played in those competitions , has this happened to anyone before ??? Is there anything I can do ??

    Just play on and dont worry about it.
    0.2 on your handicap here or there is nothing. Its only a game.

    Contact your handicap secretary first. 9 times out of 10 he'll be able to explain it

    Would you be of the same opinion if I had got a cut and won a prize and suddenly got back to my original handicap ??? I'm just wondering is it happening to anyone else with the new Golfnet website at fault for example ??? My friend played with me in one of the competitions and his is still showing on Golfnet with his .1 and mine dosent even show I played in those competitions !!!

    Happy days!! Sounds like a result to me... wish some of my .1s from over the last few weeks would disappear!
