Who are Global Networks???

Just got a call from Global Networks for an interview on Fri, problem is I dont actually know who they are. I sent out that many CV's I've lost track but didnt wanna sound like a goof on the phone.

I think it was one of those "Earn 600euro + a week, want a new challenge, door to door" bullsh*t positions.

If its these guys http://www.abcglobalnetworks.com/ stay well clear its door to door cold calling and if you don't sell well you have no chance of promotion and will leave.

promotion is the least of worries - earning and actually getting paid enough to even cover the expenses incurred is the trick with outfits like these , they're like a bad smell that never goes away.

Oh God I am such a fool I looked up ABC global networks on here before going to the interview... I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. It was an absolute joke. There was a person in front of me and he kept her in the interview for forty minutes. Then when I went in he just kept talking and bragging. Then he took out a piece of paper and started drawing a graph of the 'business'. When I asked him how much the job paid he asked me how much I thought it paid he then went on to explain that it was 100 percent commission and that he didnt want to pay his workers to and I quote 'sit on their fu****g arses.... I then asked how much a worker would basically earn? and he replied between 350 and 1000 euro a week??? He then went on to tell me that on the second interview I would have to do door to door sales for free... Such a waste of time but oh so funny.

Sales vs. Marketing - whats the difference ??

Yeah , total waste of time and travel costs ( in my humble opinion ).

I have an interview with ABC Global Networks later this week. The comments on this thread don't fill me with much confidence about the company !

Well there is more than enough information on this forum to enable you to make an informed decision as to whether its worth your time amd expense to attend for '' interview ''.

Hey guys I work with ABC Global and have earned over €1k on a couple of occasions, and I love it.
(last week-15 sales @€64, + 6 add on's at €20, + €8 for every sale a substitute makes of which I have 6)

TylersHo, I have sat in on a few of Colm's interviews and he has opened a few business's in the last few years and is still in his twenties. I'm sure you heard only a portion of his achievements, he is normally very modest, giving credit to his mentors.
That "graph of the business" is not his own conception but works for those who don't " sit on their asses"

I don't know if you get paid for many interviews you go to??
"He then went on to tell me that on the second interview I would have to do door to door sales for free..."
That day of observation is a chance for you to have a LOOK/observe(not sell)
- see the potential earning AND effort required to do so.
THEN a decision would be made as to whether we would teach you or not!

This position is not for everyone that is true.
Recently a link was put on ABC's Page, please have a watch

I wish you all the best in finding your purpose!
