    Hey for a short while I will be doing a free nutrition plan for those who get in contact, just PM your email address so that I can send you the details.

    The reason I am giving away free nutrition plans is to improve a current service for existing clients, and to develop a new service. Feedback is needed from test subjects so that I can do this. It also helps me learn about mistakes that are made when tracking nutrition and experience solving specific problems people are coming accross. This is a great opportunity as you are receiving help from a qualified professional for no risk or financial cost.

    Applicants must be able to call into a studio based in churchtown business park, I need to run a few tests and take measurements so as to calculate your nutritional requirements accurately.

    The nutrition plan it self can be tailored to suit body composition goals (muscle gain, fat loss) or preperation for sporting events (upcoming 5k, 10k marathon etc, dropping weight for sporting event such as boxing etc). The more varied the goals the better.
