Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    It's not exactly rubbish but not fully true either. It is illegal to publish or sell Mein Kampf in Bavaria as well as the other German lander. However it is legal in most other countries.

    The copyright will run out in 2016 which makes the ban on its publishing slightly irrelevant now.

    It's available on amazon.de and wikipedia tells me that Amazon have eight warehouses in Germany

    Though I don't know what happens if you order with a German address, I didn't test that

    I am actually watching something about Stalingrad on the military channel, Stukov organised that victory in its entiratory. But Stalin was as bad as Hitler, its kind of ironic that the victors beat one son of a bitch on behalf of another.

    I hope history learned us a lesson, everyone should pass Art School.

    Its not illegal to own it or buy it I dont think. Just that Bavaria wont let you publish it in Germany as it has the rights it can say if it is published or not.

    You are comparing a woman who authorized a legitimate act of war against an enemy warship with hostile intentions - a fact admitted by the commander of the ship - to a man who murdered an estimated six million Jewish men, women and children as well as thousands from other minority groups.

    I don't know what to say other than that I am really quite shocked.

    The book like all nazi material might be 'banned' in Germany, but if anyone wishes to purchase a copy today, they can do so with no difficulty in UK etc etc

    Yes he was a ćunt, however Im in awe of his rise from homeless artist to one of the most powerful men in the world.

    It's an incredible story.
