Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Recommend a Laptop please

    Hi,

    I am looking for a new laptop and haven't a clue what to buy so if you can advise me based on the requirements below, I'd appreciate it.

    Budget: up to €700 (could stretch a bit further)

    Items Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint (latest version) and Internet.
    (Note I do not require gaming or downloading videos or anything like that, will be using the laptop mostly for writing documents on Word and internet access).

    Mobility: High mobility necessary, so the lighter the better. Preferably 13" and no bigger than 14" screen size.

    Warranty: Warranty necessary (preferably 3 year).


    Any recommendations are much appreciated.
