Fair point, although with conditions as wet as they were I expect a lots of balls would end up plugged in the side of those bunkers too!

He has fundamental putting flaws which show no signs of improvement. Funnily enough, he's a decent long putter but he misses far too many straightforward (ish), sometimes by relatively large margins. There's only one way from there and that's down the rankings.

Throw in a dash or two of a celebrity lifestyle and he's on the road to nowhere. Good luck to him, he has the cash and the opportunity to do whatever he wants in life, but he had the makings of one of the great players in golf history but it's becoming clear to me he hasn't a hope in hell of reaching that level.

It's a shame, I've been following him since his early teens and thought he was the best thing since sliced bread. He just pisses me off now.
