I can't find my baileys creme brûlée recipe. It was by Simon Rimmer. I have tried googling it to no avail.

Has anyone got a copy or a tried and tested recipe

Have dinner party planned for Sat

Have you searched BBC/Food then search under Simon?
It could have been from his time on Something for the weekend if not there search under Ch4/food it may have been from his change over to Sunday Bruch

Ahh if the amount of baileys to be used is what you are worried about pour the bottle in.
