I'm having a problem saving TIFF images from Photoshop to a drive I reserve for TIFF files.

In Adobe Camera Raw, when I click on Save Image, I can't create a path to the HD I want to save to. The space next to Select Folder in the Save Image dialog remains blank.

If I try and save the file anyway, I get the error message: "The file could not be created"

The fault is intermittent and I have no problem saving the file to the Same Location (i.e. another HD on which I store RAW image files)

Even if I create a folder on my Desktop to save the images to, I can't browse to it in the dialog. The only place I can save the images is in their original folder.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    D.
