Nfl Tickets

Planning a trip to new york in september and would like to get in a game. Does anyone know where I could purchase tickets? I was told about a website called Stubhub but I dont think they ship outside the US. Do Ticketmaster or any agents sell them?

With most places like Stubhub, Ticketmaster etc you will collect the tickets at the "Will Call" window on the day of the event. I am not sure if they allow foreign credit cards/ billing addresses though

When do they go on sale?

Does Stubhub take Paypal? Maybe ticketmaster does? Thats a pretty good way of making international payments.

For September they would already be on sale.
Husband says best would probably be to contact the team's website directly and buy a ticket there.

Ordered 3 from ticketnetwork.com. I hope its a reputable site, so will wait and see.
Get them sooner rather than later anyway, is my advice. And that goes for all american sports tickets.
The cheap tickets sell out faster than the expensive ones, as expected.

They are ok. I have heard they have problems with good descriptions at times (like just selling "balcony" tickets all for the same price when some are great seats and another balcony at the other end of the stadium has a crap view), but they are certainly not a scam.

I got two tickets for jets v chargers in New Jersey on the NFL ticket exchange. Print at home tickets, and it was $95 a ticket, which was close enough to face value if I remember correctly, could be a good option but tickets would be expensive for a very popular game.

Slightly off but kinda on topic .....

We went to the Knicks in Madison Sq Gardens when we were in NY a few yrs back ... turned out it was opening night of the NBA season. Bought the tix months in advance from the venues ticket office and chose "will collect" ... picked up the tickets at the box office on the night - no hassles. Great way to spend a night in NY ... and Im not even a basketball fan.

Knicks got destroyed by the Celtics ....

"Will Call"(!) is a really common way to pick up tickets, there's always a dedicated window for it. There may be a queue but its a lot less hassle than having them posted.
