Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi all. I realise this is a weird question.
    I am 11 weeks pregnant now and I keep getting this achy constant pain just above my shoulder blades that radiates to the front of my chest. Sometimes it makes me feel almost breathless.
    I have never had heartburn before, but is this it? I thought it would feel more like acidy stomach.

    Jinxi, you'll really have to get professional medical advice on this. It's very hard to tell what it could be and while it is most likely nothing to worry about it's better to be safe and get some professional advice.
