mate of mine is waiting on some pretty serious results, which makes me think, the little things that get you down, niggley things that might wreck your head, day to day

do we ever realise just how good we have things?

after hours, the floor is yours,

When there's no butter in the butter dish & you want to make a sammich & then you take the butter from the fridge but it won't spread right.

    That's worse than having AIDS.

Yeah, sometimes when I get a short way outside the city somewhere quite and peaceful, and preferably somewhere beautiful or where I can appreciate the power of nature, like at the sea on a stormy day, I realise how nonsensical it is when I worry about things like work or having to choose between two social gatherings scheduled for the same night.

The frantic pre-first post shaking, nervous vomiting an diarrhea we all go through before we put up that first little gem. It's worse than rooting through wet coal for decomposing rats for dinner, a classic trumped up third world problem

I have a toothache from a Wisdom tooth coming up.

There is no pain in existence worse than this. No exaggeration at all! :pac:

Tis a tuff station when you have the choice between buying a 4-by-4 and paying for your cat's kidney dialysis.

My deluxe top-of-the-range espresso machine stopped working the other day.

It turned out my diamond ring got jammed inside it after it fell off my finger when I was loading the machine with Kopi Luwak coffee beans.

Gawd! These damned first world problems get on my nerves sometimes.

If only we lived in a world where coffee beans load themselves automatically into coffee machines...

Ugh! My damned African slave wouldn't do any work today.

    Turned out he died.

Gawd! If only slaves had a lower mortality rate!

Now I have to contact that dodgy slave-trader again.

    Damned first world problems...

When you think of a really clever first world problem to post but forget it as soon as you sit down to post it.
