Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Aren't Polk high supposed to be relegated down to div 2? I did finish bottom after all.

    If all teams had signed up again then yes, you would have been relegated, but things had to be jigged about a bit.

    i had 5 mins on my hands so i entered in the round 1 fixtures...please all accept and please double check they are correct


    Wex...i think you've 3 teams in Div 4....so if you dont win the division there'll be something seriously wrong there :cool:

    Sorry lads, I've been out of action for a bit, got a kick in the face playing soccer, suffered a concussion along with a broken nose, cheekbone and all the blackness that goes with it.

    Tip for soccer players.... never put your head where the ball is

    Hey I can do these. I get a couple of mins each morning before work and can stick a round (or 2) in every day....Davys done the hard work in getting the fixture list (with IDs)...so its just a copy & paste job

    I've got round 2 &3 done now too

    Also meant to say that I've fixed the intensity as normal (i dont think there was any talk of allowing an open intensity?)

    Hey I can do these. I get a couple of mins each morning before work and can stick a round (or 2) in every day....Davys done the hard work in getting the fixture list (with IDs)...so its just a copy & paste job

    I've got round 2 &3 done now too

    Also meant to say that I've fixed the intensity as normal (i dont think there was any talk of allowing an open intensity?)

    Not sure anyone realised the intensity was adjustable. is it still no impact on energy for Thursday friendlies?

    not sure it makes too much different if all are on same intensity. Normal is the normal! :pac:

    I think the adjustable intensity is new.

    Theres no effect on energy for Thursday friendly comps....i think it was more for Monday night games....but just to be sure i've set it as forced normal.

    my view is you dont accept you lose the game...however i appreciate thats not what everybody wants to do & that rd1 games were latish getting put up



    so if theres no objections, either organise it yourselves and post the result up here or let me know & I can input a game for you for a date/time that suits both of you

    the rule was non-acceptance was a match forfeit and regarded as a 20-0 win from memory.

    however I agree, fixtures went up late, but all players where in same position so maybe fair in a round about way.

    probably is, but there should be a time limit so as not to let it drag out and create league table imbalance.

    I think in this case its probably fairest to let them refix the game...but lets say it has to be done by R2 d7 otherwise its forfeit for the team not accepting.

    any other nonacceptances (outside Rd1 games) have the usual 20-0 (5 try bonus point) losses.

    I had a look at your average CSR & I reckonI 20-0 mightn't be a bad result for Flash Lightning!

    I have no issue with the forfeit & in fairness Westman1 tried to fix an anytime friendly as well which I also missed.
