WWE and Marvel Comics in court next month over rights to "Hulk Hogan" name

So - how can two Hulks exist? Simple - if you're talking about the Marvel universe, there's a wealth of reasons - from alternative timelines to
extradimensional versions to cloning, blood transfusions, or inside Bruce Banner's head, which has been shown to be a virtual Hulk tenement.

Outside the Marvel Universe though? Can two Hulks exist?

Apparently not, if you're talking about Hulk Hogan, the wrestler.

Hogan (aka, Terry Bollea) and his former company, World Wrestling Entertainment (formerly World Wresting Federation, owned by Titan Sports, but herein referred to as the WWE) have been in a legal battle over the
use of the name "Hulk Hogan" with Marvel Characters for the past year, after Marvel filed suit against Bollea, claiming trademark infringement and demanding
a $100,000 decision from the court.

Last month, the WWE fired back at Marvel, challenging their claim to the name, as well as Marvel's claim that the WWE could no longer use the name (or the terms "Hulkamania" and "Hulkster").

It's a slightly long, moderately complicated story, but hold on. We're going for a ride...
