Kundalini Open Day

    Hi all,

    The International School of Kundalini Yoga (I-Sky) are hosting an open day offering:

    - information on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan
    - mantra meditations
    - pranayama breathing excercises
    - kundalini yoga classes (suitable for all levels)

    You are welcome to attend for some or all of the day.

    Venue: The Lantern Centre, Synge Street, Dublin (free parking to rear)
    Date: Saturday 15th September 2012
    Time: 10 - 4
    Cost: FREE
    Equipment: wear comfortable loose clothing. If you have a yoga mat please bring it, but if not there will be some mats available to borrow on the day,
