shower head replacement

    I currently have a shower set up of a control unit at waist height with the hose coming out of it that has a head on the end and sits in a holder on a rail on the wall.

    I would love a very large rainfall type shower head and was wondering is it possible to get such a set up without plumping in a pipe up the inside of the wall?
    Pretty much all the heads I'm looking at are designed to be fixed to the wall/ceiling.

    I have seen the larger type handheld shower heads but these don't really offer the effect I'm looking for. Is there any way to use the existing hose to a head like I've described?

    We have a 3.5 bar pump so water pressure is no issue.

    Any help at all would be appreciated.

    You can get cheap setup. The bar screws onto the wall. The shower hose screws into the shower bar. Water goes into the bar & out the top from a big shower head.
    The bigger the head the more pressure you need so your pump will be needed.
    I'm sorry I havent a clue where to get them but I'd rule out bathroom showrooms, I believe these would be too cheap for them. I'd be thinking woodies, b&q, tesco, aldi, liddil etc
