Almost frightened to open the floodgates on this one... :P

Working in the city for the next few weeks, and the bloke I work with likes to eat out for lunch, so I'm looking for recommendations for good lunch time eateries. (price, atmosphere, but most notably the food)

    So far we've hit up:
    The Kitchen
    High Cafe
    Pie Makers
    Pearla na Mara
    Venice
    Lighthouse cafe
    Born
    Artisan

Hit me up with recommendations peeps, as we've started eating in the same places again and again, and I'd like to try something new. No anti-recommendations please, as they're of no use to me. :pac:

Vina Mara (good lunch deals, mixed range of very well prepared food)
Dáil Bar (good choice, decent lunch menu, pub prices)
Pizza/Pasta Napoli (Best pizza in town, cheap eats, haven't tried pasta)

Kai on Sea Road does delicious lunches. Arrive before 1pm to nab a table as it can get busy.

+1 for Kai but you definitely need to get there early. Massimo's on that side of town is also worth a try.

Otherwise, Bite Club, Brasserie on the Corner and Petit Pois are worth a visit.

Nearly forgot Il Vicolo for amazing Italian food.

Tuqo's taquiera on abbeygate street! My favourite of all the recent burrito places in Galway.

They make it in the kitchen too after you order it and bring it out to you so I find it's much hotter on eating than boojum etc.
