    Hi,

I need to download Virtual Box and then run Open Suse inside of it. (It has to be the Open Suse distro and I have to use a Virtual Box not Dual Boot or otherwise, due to this being a college requirement)

I had Virtual Box installed and running Ubuntu before but when I tried to 'put' Open Suse in there I would get to the last stage of the long installation process and then it would just stop.

The ISO I got was off a lecturer's usb, so wondering if this was affecting it in some way. I fumbled around a bit and then in an act of frustration uninstalled Virtual Box, figuring that I would just start off fresh, and now I am left with nothing.

Can anyone give me a few tips regarding installing Virtual Box?

I don't know which options I should be choosing etc...

My operating System is Windows 7
