I heard rumours that there was a lot of speculation, hearsay and rumours in that thread.

Mary down the road told me.

Mary told me a different story.

Ahh OK I see the new one now. I had not seen it earlier thanks.

It seems like you cant say boo in this place anymore.
More of this provide an internet link as proof of everything your saying is true mularky that seems to be taking over most of boards.ie these days.

I quite like hearing gossip and rumours where people post stuff
that the've heard. It appears more "human" when reading peoples
    posts and opinions and discussions.

Wonder if it would be possible to have a gossip and rumors sub-thread set up where people can post without having to Prove via a probably inaccurate newslink from the general media. As long as it would not affect
current court cases and would not be slanderous towards an individual
    would it be possible ??

You should have asked for the Maserati Gran Turismo as your Boards.ie company car like I did. The tiny back seat in it can take an extra hooker and plenty of coke. :D

with the surge of new mods in limerick and the skakespearean references abound, it reminded me of this qoute from Julius Caesar:

"Why, man Moderator, he doth bestride the narrow world forum

Like a Colossus, and we petty men posters

Walk under his huge legs and peep about

To find ourselves dishonourable graves infractions.

Men at some time are masters of their fates:

The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars opinions,

But in ourselves, that we are underlings plebs."

Julius Caesar, Act 2 Scene 1, abridged version :p
