Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    A friend of mine was targeted by a scammer on Skype. The ensuing conversation is hilarious, my friend.

    I'm massively disappointed that he didn't actually manage to weasel the account details out of the guy. Such an anticlimax.

    Unsure if Im allowed to post links like this but there is a website that specialises in 'baiting' 419 scammers (the Nigerian scam)

    I wont post the link but type in 419 eater and it is the first one, some funny emails in there..

    Yeah the text is a bit hard to read in that image, it's the best I could do though apart from transcribing the whole thing, which I couldn't be arsed doing. What I loved about the one I posted is Gregg's use of the scammer's terminology throughout: 'my friend', 'cash monies', etc. It's probably more hilarious to me anyway because I know the guy! Some great stuff on that site there too, cheers.

    Lads this one is probably one of the funniest things i've ever read. Gets the guy to dress up, wear a melon as a hat and even build a go-kart to be pulled by a car.
