Interesting. Unfortunatley I don't know what has gone wrong with the corn snack industry as Skips, Snax and Rancheros have all lost their flavour and now taste like eating plastic.

Salt and vinegar for sure, although I still haven't figured out the social stigma around crisp sandwiches. On the rare occasion that I have one, one friend around me will usually ask "is that a crisp sandwich?!"

I know this isn't a crisp sandwich but a big shout out to my mate Paulie who turned me on to a super noodle sambo. Cook until the liquid is gone, the on it goes on the white bread and butter. Carbtastic.
