Masters without degree

    Hey Guys

I am currently doing a diploma in Process and Chem Eng in UCC and would like to continue after part time.
The only options seem to be a degree online in Scotland (expensive and non-contact), a hdip in safety then the masters in chem eng at UCC or move straight on after my diploma to the masters without the hdip.

From experience which would people think would be best? I've been told that some employers don't like people moving straight to masters without a level 8 qualification.
I would like to do a degree in process eng in ucc but this is only available full time so is not a option.

    Suggestions anyone?

    Thanks
