Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Not really sure what you're asking but jury can find someone not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter.

Just because they've killed someone doesn't make it murder - for it to be murder there needs to be intent - if it was an accident, or if the can plead diminished responsibility or provocation the conviction can be reduced to manslaughter.
