Getting Rent allowance in cavan. In FAS

Ok im in fas and have been told i cannot get rent allowance unless i was on it before i started the fas course, my rent is €400 per month and i pay this on my own. Working in retail and earning €60.55 per week and recieving €190 per week in fas. Can anyone tell me what my rent allowance would be and if i will qualify…

Can anyone tell me what my rent allowance would be and if i will qualify because i was only on €94 per week with social welfare as i am only 18 and was deducted €6 per day i worked.?? Someone please Help struggling so much with the rent at the minute, going without food or heat just to pay rent..
