Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Carminat TT Live Services Weather

Anyone else having problems with weather updates on live services? When I try to use it my Carminat reports *This LIVE Service is currently unavailable in your region*. This has been going on for at least a few days and possibly longer.

Just in case anybody is watching this thread I can advise that TT Support have now advised that there is a known issue with the weather server and it is receiving attention.

A pity they didn't check with tech support before advising me to perform a factory reset!:mad:
However, to be fair to them they did extend my Live Services sub by a month to compensate!
