Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    So the minecon event is happening next Sunday .nov 9.
    There will be close to 1000 people at it.
    Some have asked if I can annoy a Minecraft you tuber to come along and maybe just sit and talk to kids about jt .
    Anyone want to?

    Just seen your post, my 2 sons aged 9 and 6 are minecraft on the brain, they have the pocket edition and play it on there android tablet ( a lot ), is this event also aimed at kids ? is there a difference between the pocket edition and the full ?

    The event is for kids ,well it's anyone that loves Minecraft .
    Pocket edition I think is just not the full paid for version? Could be wrong .

    Pocket edition is a paid version of minecraft specifically designed for and only available on mobile devices like phones and tablets. The full PC version is similar but a lot better. Has many more items and blocks, better graphics, no world border, and better controls.

    And the above is why your a mod and I'm a mam .thanks for clearing it up.im still loosing sleep and eating way too much bread trying to find a good you tuber . Hate when some think they are that big they don't even reply.
