Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I'm considering picking one up at the end of the month. The price seems to have shot up over the last year & I'm trying to justify spending €260ish for one without a box.

    Has anyone got one? Looking for thoughts, opinions etc

    I'm not the biggest fan of this but I've seen them on adverts a couple of times. I can't remember exactly how much they were going for but it was a good bit less than 260

    They've jumped up massively in price over the last year or so. When I originally started looking at it they were about €150ish. I have seen them cheaper on ebay this morning so I might explore that a bit further. The dilemma I have is that for the same money I can knock a lot of sets off my wishlist!

    That's quite a jump! I reckon if it was me I'd be knocking a few sets of my wishlist and wait for this to hopefully appear on adverts or somewhere. There's no guarantee you'd get one but in my opinion there are far nicer sets you could get for less money. That said, this is coming from someone who isn't really to keen on this set in the first place.
