Need the name of a south american film, shown on Net2 a few months ago (late night cineclub thing).

It's set in a rural village, there's a guy who puts up speakers all around the village and broadcasts music through them to make his own "radio station". He then charges locals so they can make they're own personal announcements over the "radio".

There's also a guy with a ladder who looks over a wall (could be the same guy) into someone's house, where there's a young woman who isn't allowed out of the house by her father because her mother cheated on him (or something along those lines).

There is also a hole in the wall the young woman uses to look through into the outside world.
