How many people don't know how to type the € sign.

I just saw a thread where the person typed E1 and E2 when they meant €1 and €2. I have seen plenty similar and quite a few newspaper articles using the E instead of the €.

After 15 years of the Euro why do people still do this?

The keyboard on my laptop is American so it took me ages to figure out how to type it. €

Can't get enough of it now, though! €€€€€€€€

I only figured out how to do it half way through college!! :o Also, the amount of people who don't know how to put fada's on words, especially capitals is astounding! I figured this out around the same time as I figured the euro thing out. :o :P

I keep forgetting how to do it. :o

The Euro has only been on price tags here since January 2002 though, so 12 years.

Sometimes it's better not to use the euro symbol. Some computer text formats don't have the euro symbol in their character set and they just convert the euro symbol to some random junk like ¢À♪.

Alt Graphic. There should be a key at the right of your spacebar with "Alt Gr" on it.

This is why the pdf file was invented. Well, not this exact situation, but situations like it.

Pissing rain, followed by more pissing rain with outbreaks of pissing rain across the low pressure front with chances of pissing rain between the outbreaks.

Fada - Alt gr and the vowel you want the fada to appear over.
