Denver insert stove

    Need some help,

We got a Denver insert stove installed yesterday. Noticed last night on the first fire and again tonight that it is smoking when the door is open.
We have a mulberry free-standing stove in the other room for years and I don't remember it ever doing this.

Is this a problem with an insert stove?

What can I do about it?

It was supplied and fitted by a local company.

    Suggestions appreciated.

Are you talking about stove door? If yes, open a window and see if that sorts it.
